Back's can provide all of your preconstruction needs. Including budgeting, constructability review, value engineering, site assessment and material procurement.
Design & Build Services
We are here to assist you with all of your design needs. We have excellent relationships with many local design firms who can provide a simple referral, assist in the proposal/selection process, or hire our recommended firm and carry the design contract.
Construction
Our entire staff of construction professionals including Assistant Superintendents, Superintendents, Project Coordinators, Project Engineers and Project Managers take great pride in ensuring that every project we are involved in is completed on-time, within budget and with a meticulous attention to detail. We are here to serve you and your entire team.
Close Out
At the completion of your project, we will provide all of the close-out documentation that you and your team will need to assist you now and in the future, including Warranty Info, As-Built Drawings, Finish Specs and samples. This info is provided in a digital format that’s easy to save, store and recall at your convience.
We consider Back’s Construction a true partner and preferred general contractor of Mission Fed. The Back’s team is knowledgeable and highly collaborative, and they develop excellent relationships with internal teammates and subcontracts alike.
