Louis comes from a family of construction workers. After graduating high school, Louis joined the AGC Apprenticeship Program where he learned about different trades. He was a Junior Superintendent with Nuera Contracting, became an independent contractor for a few years, and worked as a foreman for a subcontractor doing metal framing and drywall.
Interacting with a wide range of personalities and continually learning new aspects of construction are some of the thing Louis enjoys about the industry. He also loves that every job is different.
When not on a site, Louis likes sports, particularly futbol (soccer). He also enjoys making his own wine, cheese and curing meats. He also raises chickens for fresh eggs and gardens. Louis loves the beautiful weather in San Diego and that the Mexican culture that is embraced by all who visit.
