Dave has worked with his tools as a commercial carpenter and graduated to running large high profile projects as a senior superintendent. Dave brings over 20 years of field knowledge to a unique style of management. This hands-on experience has proven invaluable when working with subcontractors and architects in the development of details and unique field situations. Dave’s experience in the field has also proven invaluable in managing and understanding his projects. Relationships with architects, inspectors and construction managers not only help timelines but budgets as well. From years in class A buildings downtown working in new and occupied offices, common areas and lobbies, to high end law firms and retail projects. Dave has a vast knowledge of the construction industry. Dave resides with his wife and 4 children in Jamul in a home they designed and built themselves. When not building, it’s soccer, baseball and the beach. Dave has also been actively involved with the Children’s Hospital Ice Rink projects at the NBC building and was honored for activeness in the community with a “40 Under Forty” award presented by San Diego Metropolitan Magazine.
