General Contractor specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvements is seeking a Laborer/Assistant Superintendent for our growing company located in San Diego.
Requirements:
Well organized
Punctual
Reliable
Good communication skills (written, oral and tech)
Team player who listens, learns and actively communicates
Assist with scheduling Subcontractors
Daily clean-up, lifting/moving of equipment and materials.
General construction skills a plus (drywall, concrete, painting, carpentry, etc.)
Commercial tenant improvement experience a plus
Reliable transportation
Full Time / Hourly
