General Contractor specializing in Commercial Tenant Improvements is seeking a Field Superintendent in the greater San Diego area.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years Commercial Tenant Improvement experience
Site work experience a plus
Well organized
Good communication and a team player who listens, learns and actively communicates
A visual thinker with good problem-solving skills
Work with Project Manager to create and maintain a construction schedule
Manage and schedule Subcontractors
Attend project construction meetings as needed
Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
Full Time / Exempt Salary
